Q. How many sessions will I need? A. This depends on how you respond to treatment because everyone is unique, but generally speaking allow for between five to ten sessions

Q. Are there any side effects?
A. Hypnosis is a natural state that we all go into throughout the day and night, therefore there are no dangers when hypnosis is used within a clinical setting.
Q. Will I need to do anything between sessions?
A. CDs are usually offered for you to listen to between sessions. This is simply to help speed up the treatment by enabling you to relax more easily and quickly when you come to the actual sessions.
Q. Where do you Practice?
A. Five minutes walk from West Hampstead tube station, near to areas of Kilburn and Finchley Road.
